We have a shed........ Just the house to go!

Sorry Carol, here is the blog and photos as promised.
Well we are now the proud owners of a shed!!!!  Bring on the house.
The builders are working hard getting the concrete slab ready for the shed

Almost there, looking good!

One shed slab, perfect.

Whilst the slab is drying, the builders lay out all the steel, ready to go.

It doesn't take long for it to go up once the slab is dry.

Here is the shed in relation to the house pad (red dirt). We have lifted the house pad about 400mm.

Looking good.

Sheeting starts to go on.

Meanwhile I keep myself busy planting out all of my tyers - about 60 native trees in the wood lot.

Awning is added to the shed.

Shed survives an Autumn storm!!!!

Storm disappearing into the distance, 13mm of rain in 10 mins!  At least it has not washed away the dirt on our house pad.

Oops, ground a bit soft after the storm the day before, don't mention getting bogged, oh the flash backs (Longreach and utes!!!!)

Neightbour's tractor to the rescue!

All work stops whilst we watch the rescue

Phew.........All good.......Thank goodness

Almost there, 5 water tanks moved into position, and downpipes plumbed in.......all we need is some rain now!

The finished shed.

Sandy inspects the work.

The proud owner of his 'Man Shed'.

Me, well I had finished planting all the trees, so I went to collect 4 pallets of bricks - 5 ute loads!!!!
This will be of the camp kitchen and bar - hopefully.
